HOW TO ORDER

 You can safely order using the secure order form. Just click on the "Add to Order" button by each item listed on these web pages. Then you can complete the order using your credit card information by using the Secure Online Order. Please include your telephone number - and if you are ordering a ring, don't forget to send the size needed. 

PAYMENT POLICY

v     Judaica and More accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All orders will be billed by System Technology, Inc.

v     All prices are quoted in United States dollars.

v     There are no minimum orders.

v     Some of our products are shipped from Israel. Custom duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customers.

v     If ordering more than one type of product on the same order, your shipment may originate from different locations. 

14 DAY POLICY RETURN

We have done our best to describe every piece accurately.  Our 14 day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's why you can be sure you made the right decision. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason:

v     Notify us of your intent to return by e-mail within three days of receipt of package to sales@judaicaandmor.com.

v     Return any item without custom engraving in its original condition within 14 days of the date of shipment for a refund (excluded shipping costs and 10% restocking) or an exchange. All cosmetics items can be returned only if they are not opened, used or damaged and are in the sealed original package. Merchandise must be returned using an insured shipping method. Please insure for the purchase price of the returned item(s) and package safely in the original box.

v     Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.

v     More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Designer Jewelry 4U (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)

v     Judaica and More will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

v     Any return received after 14 days from issuance will be refused. Packages damaged due to shipping need to be reported immediately to the freight carrier and to Judaica and More. Be sure to designate packages as damaged when signing receipt.

v     Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund (excluded shipping and 10% restocking) or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, used, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Cosmetics items can not be returned if items are not sealed, were opened or used. Returned packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
