Botanic Name: Micromeria Fruticosa
White Zota is a dwarf evergreen shrub endemic to Israel and the eastern Mediterranean. White Zota adds a wonderful lemon-mint flavor to your herb tea.The strong seasonal variation observed in the chemical composition of M. fruticosa is primarily due to leaf maturation.
Uses:Pennyroyal Essential Oil is an excellent essential oil for lung congestion and pain from infection, coughs, colds, bronchitis, and bronchial tract infections.Pennyroyal Essential Oil is a liver and spleen tonic. May assist in seasickness, intestinal colic, gout, female disorders, and delayed menstruation.
White Leaved Savory Safety & Interaction Information
The essential oil does not have the same applications as the spice and herb. The oil contains a large percentage of pulegone and is a oral toxin. It needs to be used carefully and in very small amounts.Do not use in pregnancy. Can cause miscarriage!
