Botanic Name: Cymbopogon Citratus
Perennial, densely tufted, aromatic grass. Stems underground, short, whitish or pale-violet. Leaves in dense clusters, linear amplexicaul, rough-margined, glaucous green on both sides. Inflorescence in many-branched panicles without stalks. All parts of the grass are lemon-flavored.
Uses:Invigorates, muscle cramps, acne, oily skin, repell insects, emotional fatigue, arouses, cellulitis, disinfection, diuretic, improves digestive processes.

Lemon Grass essential oil is perfectly safe for home use as long as it is well diluted; however, it is suggested you do not use Lemon Grass during pregnancy.
