Botanic Name: Rosmarinus Officinalis
The Egyptians, Greeks and Romans perceived Rosemary to be the symbol of the rebirth that brings peace to the dead and Rosemary has indeed been found in graves in Egypt.
Uses:Lice, rheumatism, muscle cramps, cellulitis, healthy hair, arouses, clarifies thoughts.
Rosemary Safety & Interaction Information
Taking excessive amounts of Rosemary oil internally can cause fatal poisoning. Rosemary oil taken orally, can irritate the intestinal tract, stomach, and kidneys. Safety in young children, pregnant or nursing women, or those with severe liver or kidney disease is not known.
