Inspired by oil lamps used by the ancient civilizations in the Middle East, this Shabbat Candleholder holds two candles in either side of a concave vessel. The vessel is supported by two tall and narrow columns resting on an oval-shaped pedestal. Made of hand-cast and hand-brushed aluminum, the item bears the designer's initials in the biblical characters of Aramaic.
